Would you go where homosexuality is illegal?

Yes, I'll risk it just like those who live there

Yes, I just won't expect a holiday romance!

Not likely, those places aren't at the top of my list

No, it's just not worth the risk

'True Reflection'

Jay sent me a couple of poems which he was inspired to write, and to say they're fantastic would be an understatement. True Reflection:

I must pretend I am someone else
Never able to express my true self.
Tired of wearing the Disguise
Trying to be one of the "Normal guys,"
Caging my heart, caging my soul
Hoping no one will ever know.
If my true reflection were to show,
I would be ostracized, with no where to go.
So instead I know must hide,
What I truly feel inside
Until it is safe to open up that cage
That is where my true reflection has to stay.

'Burn of Reality'

My relationship with him just isn’t fair
The way I long to run my fingers through his hair
To be able to look in to his soft eyes
That way only Shakespeare could describe
But alas it is only friends of which we are
I always wonder why it could only be this far
Wondering why he couldn’t be like me
Wondering why it couldn’t be that easy
I want to tell him what I truly feel
His reaction is what I truly fear
He says I’m the friend he knows the best
What would he say if he knew the rest?
I guess that is something I will never know
This is one love, of which I know,
That I am going to have to let go.
