Profile: Maddie (Vlad) (Tomboy_Pride)

Hey.
I'm Vlad, or Vladdie. I also respond to Maddie (my real name) or Vladimir, or any combination of the two.
I don't speak often, and I have trust issues. I'm actually sort of a cynic (even though I'm hopelessly romantic at heart, so I'm a living oxymoron) and will often comment on the deterioration of society four to five times on any given day.
I like gloomy, dark, rainy afternoons--what I call "cuddle weather"--and listening to the train rumble past my house before I go to sleep. I like old movies and taking pictures and my absolute favourite retro arcade game is Frogger--although I never can get past Level 2 because that game is fucking insane. I like writing poetry and drawing and writing and coffee shops and music no one else knows exists. I love tumblr (my url is thatweirdlesbian, you should follow me <3) and I love my girlfriend. She's pretty fucking amazing.
I've gone through my share of shit, but I don't like to talk about that all too much. I know many of you have likely gone through hell, too, and just know that if you ever need to talk--doesn't matter who you are--I'll be willing to listen or even offer advice of my own.
Unfortunately, keep in mind that I'm unable to get online often as I'm poor as dirt and don't have Internet and the school I go to apparently has set up a homophobic internet filter.
