Hi guys, I'm a 22 year old boy from Manila, Philippines. I'm currently working as a bookmaker for soccer, supporting myself and my mom and trying to get myself to college.

I'm not what you would call a "cool" guy based on high school standards. In fact, I'm kind of nerdy and quiet. But that's completely fine with me because I'd rather be the bookish and silent guy rather than the popular and conceited football jock.

My closest friends would say that I'm kind of weird, quiet, book obsessed, always thinking of different stuffs, and an introvert.

My main passion is books. I was introduced to reading books when I was given a copy of the King James Version of the Holy Bible when I was 7. Since then, the school library has always been my favorite place. As a kid, I'd read anything from Greek mythology to encyclopedias, atlas to classic literature. Almost anything that doesn't involve math :)

I have a certain obsession with songs with lyrics that express depression, loneliness, alienation and introspection. Maybe it's because songs like that express exactly what I want to say but I just can't. Some of the artists who sing songs that I really can relate to are The Smiths, Tori Amos, Portishead, Evanescence, Garbage and Nirvana.

I dig really depressing films too. One of my all time favorites is Darren Aronofsky's Requiem For A Dream.

I want to write books, direct films, paint masterpieces, compose symphonies, travel to different countries and fuck the world before I die. I feel like I can be special at something, I just need time and effort.
