I'm never sure what to put in these "about me" things but here goes nothing...

Hi I'm Adam, I am currently at university in Aberdeen, Scotland. I am from Northern Ireland but still consider myself to be Irish, and I'm one of the few 19 year olds from Belfast that are openly LGBT. I'm not a big fan of football (soccer) or rugby, but I love to run and to swim. I came out as bisexual 5 years ago before actually coming out as gay a few years later, and although I've had to deal with quite a lot of homophobia, I don't regret my decision to refuse to keep pretending to be something I'm not.

I am obsessed with Buffy the Vampire Slayer and know way too much about it. Examples include: Oz was meant to die not long after he began being mentioned in the opening credits but the fans liked him too much to allow it. Joss Whedon fulfilled his dream of killing off a character mentioned in the opening credits just after the started being included with Tara. Nicholas Brendon's identical twin replaced him in an episode when he was sick. Etc.
