What kind of things do you guys do when you're stressed?
Me I get cold and continously shiver or shake.

I usually just get out my guitar and play until my fingers get numb, but I cant' do that at night so I have a habit of pacing around my room or just sitting up in my bed. I also spend a lot of time watching TV or on the computer when I'm stressed because I find if I keep myself distracted, I don't feel it as much.

I pinch at my skin, nails, hair and lips. sometimes I start to hyperventilate or tense up. also I shake alot. I get fidgety and bounce my legs or drum my fingers, things like that.
yeah, I get stressed quite a but.

I become ill and shake and can't focus. I usually solve those issues by confronting the problem if I can or distracting myself.
I distract myself by writing, reading, talking to people, watching films, cooking, dancing, showering or texting lol.

I play with my fingers, or if I'm at school I twist up my tie. I also get really nauseous and get headaches.

When ever I'm stressed out sometimes I feel it helps to write how I feel at that time in my journal.

Well, when I'm nervous, I smile like an idiot xD and when I'm getting a bit stressed, I break paper into bits, I sweat, i cry....
I have stress attacks....
GAY MARRIAGE
or as I like to call it MARRIAGE
Cuz I ate lunch today, not GAY LUNCH
And I watched television, I didn't GAY WATCH IT.
So marriage? It's a human right, not an heterosexual priviledge.

I pick at my hair. My throat constricts, I start to sweat. If I'm angry, I start scratching and tearing up my back with my fingernails. That's because I don't want to harm anything else, so I just harm myself.:/

I blast music until I can't remember what I'm stressed about anymore. I just sorta let myself tune everything out for a little while until I feel better. Always takes the edge off my problems

I usually act almost exactly how I do now except a lot calmer on the outside. For people who don't know me, it tends to look like I am just deep in thought but I tend to be more more irritable and easily annoyed, even if I don't vocalize it.

I get worked up and end up shouting about everything. This usually happens school...
But to help, I drink tea. I can get tea from the cantine at school, so if I'm ever totally chilled at school, people know I've been drinking tea x
I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.

When I'm with people, at first, I go a bit hyper. Then I start to snap.
If I'm by myself, I just kinda... cry, but get on with whatever is making me stressed. Or distract myself from it.

Typically I try to go to sleep; not that it really helps.
Otherwise, I listen to music to try to become relaxed.

I get very irritable and quite despondent, I fidget a lot, and I start to itch. Usually I need to do something physical to blow off steam, most often hitting something or going for a bike ride.
I'm a ratfish trying to practice doing back flips on your mattress.

When I'm stressed, my derma and slight trich acts up more than usual and I usually self-harm on top of that. Sucks ass.
