Topic: Notifications, maybe?

The one thing that bugs me the most about QA is the lack of notification when someone replies to a topic you contributed to. I don't know if there is a way to change it or not, but it would be a nice thing to have.

Obviously an option to opt out of receiving them would be nice as well.

I understand that no changes will be made until the next version of the site comes out, but I thought this would be worth putting out there.

Actually, after you view or post on a topic, the "[NEW]" symbol in orange next to the name will disappear. Once another comment is made on that topic, the orange [NEW] will reappear. I know it's not exactly the same thing as a notification, but it gets the job done until/if QA ever gets actual notifications.

This is actually something that's been suggested for QA5 previously, so there's a good chance that it'll be implemented. Hold tight!
