Okay, hi. I'm Brooke. I'm a writer. My family and most internet friends call me Toot, but if you don't start off with calling me Toot, it's just kind of feels odd.
I am from North Texas, but I had lived in Oklahoma for six years in between a stint of living here before.
I'm fourteen, going to turn fifteen soon whenever I go to high school. Since my late birthday, I'm usually a year older than all of my friends. They make sure I know this quite often.
I am unsure of my sexuality. For about a year now I've been labeling myself as a pansexual, but I can't bring myself to be attracted to men the same way as I used to. (This is actually the reason I'm here. Maybe I can get some answers. I've got a few theories, but I know other people have gone through this, too, so I'm hopeful!)
I love Hellogoodbye and Brand New (both seen in concert now!!). I also like Manchester Orchestra, Hedley, Foster the People, and OK Go. There are more, but it's way too long of a list to make here.
My favorite books are most likely written by Michael Crichton. Our relationship between writer/reader was written in the stars. He's most definitely the best. I also like a lot of realistic teen fiction from the 2000's on and politically driven novels from the mid-1900's.
I am currently trying to compile a top-ten list of films I'm a huge fan of, but I've only got four favorites on it so far. Dark Knight Rises, American Psycho, Inglourious Basterds, and Nightmare Before Christmas are all on that list.
My guilty pleasure is staying up until four am to watch Jerry Springer and Maury because I just can't get enough laughs.
I found you all by a quick search of Google.
Soooooo yes.

Hey welcome,
I'm Joe, 16, gay and from England. You've got a nice selection of music and film favourites there ^^. About what you mentioned about being confused about your sexuality, there's a whole load of people on here that may be similar to you so just ask around... I'm only new here also but from what I've seen everyone is really friendly and helpful.
Once again welcome to QA

Guten tag! (My language this year is German so I’m trying to start using it more often)Welcome to QA! I'm from Texas as well. I'm in love with writing. I have an opposite age problem, I'm typically younger than all my friends (they don't let me forget either). I'm starting high school soon as well.
