my role models have gotten me through a lot, and they just, give me hope :3 I have quite a few people I kinda look up to... MLK, Gandhi, Jane Goodall, Maya Angelou, Joan Jett, etc...
Of course, they all inspire me in different ways but they all have done extraordinary things that make me feel like I can do almost anything.
So I I'm curious, who inspires you guys?

Lady Gaga
Cher
Ellen
All the people who have ever been on an episode of MTV's reality show True Life.
and I TOTALLY agree with Harrison on the H&M thing! I mean, cute, fashionable clothes while keeping it affordable? Yes, please!
And here's a list of people from Youtube that I find inspirational, because they keep it real, be themselves, and dont take sh*t from anyone: Tyler Oakley, Jenna Marbles, Daily Grace (Grace Helbig), Hanna Hart, Shane Dawson, GloZell, and Gregory Gorgeous.
You laugh at me because I'm different. I laugh at you because you're all the same.

Son Goku. I have a deep love (obsession) for this anime character, not just because he punches real good, but because he's just about the most inspiring figure in all of fiction. See, as a baby he was sent to earth to kill all the humans, but immediately after arriving was dropped on his head. Suddenly he was hilariously stupid. But with that stupidity came an incredible niceness. He does everything he can to help people, even if it means his own life, because in his opinion, that's just what any decent person would do. He always does the right thing because he's too stupid to think of the wrong thing! I love that!!!
And @Ryan, I totally forgot about Gregory gorgeous! I used to watch his videos all the time!

Let's start a band!

1. Sonny Moore. For showing me that change isn't always a bad thing.
2. Tesla. For showing me that you can get ripped off and copied and still be a badass.
3. Chell (yes, from portal) For showing me that no matter how dark things get, if you stick it out, you will see the light.
4. George Takei. For teaching me that it's okay to be Takei.
5. L. For showing me that the power of your mind is only limited by how many sweets you eat.

My role models are:
1. My older sister - she's someone I can talk to about anything and she doesn't judge or ridicule me.
2. James Maynard Keenan (lead singer of bands Tool, A Perfect Circle, and Puscifer) - he's a guy that's been through hell and back with addiction and survived. In addition to playing amazing music, he also is a winemaker. I think that's pretty bad ass.
3. God. I know. It's a corny answer. Its just the catholic boy in me is having a hard time ignoring the 'no idols but me' part of the 10 commandments. I believe he loves all of us, so I don't have an issue with him, just organized religion.
4. Neil Patrick Harris and his partner (husband) - I admire that they are so open and comfortable about being in a loving same-sex relationship. I look up to that.
5. Harvey Milk - gay civil rights leader and first openly gay elected official of San Francisco in the 70's.
