Lately I've been having problems with my password. I usually change all of my passwords frequently, so I decided it was time to change my qa password, but the next day, the password I chose didn't work, nor did my old one, so I sent a password change request and used that password and it worked fine, until I had to log in again. Basically, every time I log in, I have to request a new password to be emailed to me. I've tried changing it from the emailed password and I've tried keeping the emailed password with no different results. This happens when I do it on my PC AND on my Wii. Not sure what's happening here, anyone else experienced the same thing?

Hi Ryan,

Really sorry you're having some issues. We'll leave this thread for a day or so to see if anyone else can report the same thing happening, then I'll know whether to look at your account or the whole system for problems.

In the meantime, please hang in there with your workaround, I'm sure we'll get this fixed.

I don't have the same issue with passwords but when I tried to log in today I had to try a few times because it was saying my account wasn't actually there. ;_;
