Sam, blocking someone is a way of ignoring them.
(EDIT: Just saw Eric's second post, so nevermind what I said before.)

Eric, I did a bit of searching, but I can't find a "block" function. Try PMing a mod.

Oh well, I am sorry for the confusion but I would really like to fix this issue between us, I think we got off on the wrong foot, if you would like any advice on the matter than PM, or if you would like I could try messaging this person whom is bothering you and see what can be done, only if you would like though.
