Buffy: because she has so much shit to deal with, but she always deals. she doesnt stop, even when it becomes overwhelming, and she does whatever she can to protect her friends, even if it means dying.

Willow. i love her transformation from the shy quiet girl, to being the most powerful of the scoobies.
she makes me feel better about myself because someone like that can be strong like that.
and when she goes too far, she does what she can to never become that dark again. (plus, she was the most powerful big bad. i mean, they couldnt even kill her XD, she couldve kicked the First's ass if she went all black haired and veiny haha)

Xander: he is always making jokes, but when shit goes down, he's got your back lol

Anya: she says what she wants, and doesnt let other people's opinions (or social standards) stop her XD

since i'm still new to the series i own season one and have watched a few of the others episodes of later seasons so i'd have to say
-Spike -he is hillariouse
-Willow-probably the same reason she's got a loveable personality
-Buffy -ovvss she has wit and class
-Cordelia -she is just the best and Charisma Carpenter who plays her also played my favorite demon in charmed

TubePlus has every buffy episode on it i thinks its an amazing series cant believe i never watched it when it was on tv i mean its just as good as Charmed i watched the last epp of season 5 and cried my eyes out
