You could always take a nap or just listen to music and take a break from everything. Sometimes it helps to just have time to think by yourself.

When I get this feeling I...
Go into the darkest room in the house, then sit on the floor, i then pretend to talk to anybody I want to(e.g. Family member, crush, teacher, celebrity...) then break down and cry, then I lay down on my back and stare at the roof and try and feel numb. It's especially good when it's tiles that I'm laying on. I know it sounds crazy but when you feel every emotion drain from you into the floor and just have every thought disappear, it's one of the greatest feelings.
I can't say that this will work for you but you should try everything until you find something that does work.
