I know nothing about either, so my opinion doesn't matter much, but I do think the Death Note could get knocked out Kira's hand by say, Spiderman, Superman, maybe Thor? Anyone with really fast reflexes.

But that's the thing. For one, you would have to find all of the holders. Even if you killed the Kira currently holding the Death Note, the legacy of Kira lives on. Kira would not be stupid enough to carry the note around with him/her. Pages that are torn out of the Death Note still carry its power.
Somebody would have to get to Kira to swat the death note out of his hands. Kira can kill from millions of miles away. Distance is not an obstacle for the Death Note. If a situation like this ever did arise, kira could easily pass the power on to someone else, sacrificing himself. Kira is not a person, it is a name given to someone holding the death note.
I still believe that Superman or Galacticus Destroyer of Worlds could destroy anything. Especially together. You forget that the death note could unite anybody, even if they previously hated each other.

I choose Eve, as her real name is a mystery and the Death Note has no effect on her, you see a Death note has the basic limitation that, no-one can be killed by one without their full name being known by the user. Eve's fragement ability is Doppleganger allowing her to morph her body into objects or people that have the same body mass as she does making it easy for her to hide her presence from Kira. The worst part is that she can't even remenber her name. Her ability wears off after a certain amount of calories has been used up. This weakness is fortunately covered by the fact that she is equiped with do go godo drink machine which pumps 5000 calories into her body every time she loses the ability to shapeshift. She is then left uneffected by the Death note.
EDIT - Also if you do figure out a way to defeat eve, i have a backup of using Byakuya Kukchi(i forgot the last name) from Bleach. You see Death notes can't kill Shinigami, as they are already dead, so it is useless for Kira to try.

You forget that Kira can trade half of it's remaining lifespan in exchange for the shinigami eyes which allow him/her to see a person's real name.

Ooh, hey, wait a sec. I wonder if the name "Gogeta" would even work. Goku himself had two different names, Kakarot and Son Goku. and "Gogeta" is just a mix of Vegeta's name and the name goku was given when he arrived on earth. And there's no real last name, either. Would that work?

Enter the Doctor. Doctor Who? Sure thats one of the greatest mysteries of the universe. The Doctor hails from the distant planet Galafrey has two hearts, a sonic screwdriver, and a time machine called the Tardis.
With his vast knowledge of the universe he is able to travel to the past to the origins of the death note and destroy it before anyone uses it.

The Death Notes originate from the Shinigami world, where no human, alien, or any other non-shinigami life form is allowed. Even if the Doctor could destroy one of the death notes there are many more.
Also, many believe that Ryuk intentionally gave the death note to Light Yagami, and assume that he would gift him another had the first been destroyed.

Ah there's one thing i haven't tried, here's something to really get you thinking. The vampire Alucard vs Kira, a dead person vs a death note. A king of vampires with no known way of defeat. It doesn't matter how many death notes there are, Alucard will get every last one of them. This is because once Alucard drinks the blood of the first Kira he gains all his memories giving him knowledge of the other death note locations.

If kira gave up ownership of the death note all his memories of the death note disappear. It's not hard to give up ownership either. All you have to do is say, "I give up ownership of this death note." The end.
Also, here is something to kill about. Kira controls people's actions before they die. If they are already dead, because their name is written in the death note, can they be killed another way?
If this theory holds, Kira could write his own name in the Death note, set the time of death for sometime way off, say 40 years, and essentially become immortal.
If this theory doesn't hold, here is something else to think about. While I admit a vampire could not be killed by the standard method of a heart attack, Kira can also control the way they die. Could he write a wooden stake through the heart and kill a vampire?
If you don't believe a vampire could be directly affected by the death note, could Kira take control of some measly human and have them stake him through the heart?

Sorry Alucard is unaffected by any human means of killing him, in fact a human wouldn't last and also staking or chopping Alucard's head off cannot kill him, so basically Alucard is unaffected by any use of the death note, he is no regular vampire. Note i mentioned 'he is a king of vampires' but also if you say that Kira's memories of a death note are wiped after he loses control of it then unfortunately for you, only a sip of Kira's blood could give Alucard all his memories. You giving up yet? EDIT - I may also mention Alucard can control his victims as well with his hound Bakersville.

If the memories aren't there, how can they be stolen? Even if this vampire could kill Light, which there is no doubt in my mind that he could, it is impossible for him to know the whereabouts of all the Death Notes, because Light doesn't know where they all are. But, I believe you have me.
I agree that Light could easily be killed, IF somebody found him. But you have to understand that as soon as he surrenders the death note, all the memories are gone. The Death God literally erases them.
Light is gone, but Kira will never be forgotten.

For the person on harassment, if you think it has offended you deeply then consult a principal or teacher if you wish.
To my competitor, if ryuk cannot be killed by that way then i give up with Alucard and now send a new super who is even more incredible, i choose Adam Blade (the clone of the second christ), his fragment ability is Zero, which allows him to learn any ability he sees or has felt, so far he has learned several abilities including 'Black Attraction' which allows him to plant an esp virus in an enemy's head, the esp virus will let him control that person/or in this case a shinigami. So with this i can let Adam(by the way he is insanely powerful) give ryuk the order to fall in love.

For one, I don't think you can just give up, I think you have to wait for someone to defeat you.
Shinigami only die when they break one of the rules in the code of the Death Gods. One of those rules is that a Shinigami cannot use the Death Note to save a human life. Ryuk would never do this. He is cruel, and heartless.
I don't believe that anybody could incept ideas into a God's mind. A Shinigami, or god of death, is a freethinking higher being.
I think if I wasn't allowed to kill vampires with the death note, then a clone shouldn't be able to kill a god.

True up till the clone part, the skill black attraction is a power of a god, therefore it is able to be used agaisnt one. Each abililty except for zero is an ability of god/the second christ, zero allows the user to gain the ability but use a stronger form of it, the only thing that can massively increase the abilitiy's power is PF Zero. Yet it is still powerful enough to be used against a god. Also if we continued fighting with Ryuk vs Alucard then we would have a stalemate, both are basically immortal and powerful. Alucard doesn't have any way of making ryuk fall in love but nor can Ryuk kill Alucard. The two clash too much so unless there's someone even more powerful than the two, then were stuck.

So wait, is this still ryuk were talking about? If so, yes it probably could take effect against a god but it's unknown if it can, yet say if it can, how would you kill a god, if alucard and Ryuk cannot kill each other and Adam could probably use 'Black Attraction' on Ryuk. How would you choose to take them down.

If we agree that Ryuk could the Death Note could kill Adam, and that Black Attraction could be used on Ryuk, Ryuk would still win, because even if Ryuk fell in love with a human, he would have to use the Death Note to save him/her in order to break the rules. This would take time, as all humans have a set date that they die.
tl;dr Black Attraction would take time to kill Ryuk, and the Death Note could kill instantly.
