BlogResponse: I CAME OUT TO A CONSERVATIVE! |

Wow. That's probably the most intense coming out story I've ever heard. I've had similar arguments with my grandfather, but nowhere near as heated. Never came out though. Anyway, I'm sure he'll see the error of his ways eventually. Good luck with him!

Well, this was just a brief explanation. I probably exaggerated somethings. Then again, I also understated somethings, so I guess it's even.
And, thank you, Lizzie for your compliment!

I love the title picture! Ahaha, so awesome.
Congrats on coming out to your grandpa! I'd never have the guts to do that – my family would react the same way, but a bit more extreme. Grr.
You're very brave for doing so ^^
We're all under the upper hand, and go mad for a couple grams. And we don't wanna go outside tonight.

Aww this is such a cute coming out story. I mean I love my grandpa, and I came out to him last year and he was shocked but he was happy for me and he said that it wouldn't change anything between us. Which was amazing, but I mean I'm so prou of you, because that is an extremely hard thing to say to someone but you did and maybe that will allow your grandpa to see from a different perspective and respect you for being so brave I commend you

!! thats awesome as for the depression, im not sure i would say its always a good idea to go on meds, they may help but its not a good idea to get too dependent on them, in my point of view, its possible to work off of them, its hard but possible. i've made it this far without me is bipolar

I don't think my meds for depression are making it any better... well... it is, but I don't like it.

Nice job! I would have personally gone for the "hey grandpa I'm trans this is a lovely Thanksgiving dinner could you pass the pie?" move myself, but this one is still pretty good.

I know this is going to sound awful, but part of me is glad that my grandpa isn't around to see my come out. Not that I don't love him and miss him terribly, even after 6 years, but I just hate letting people down....
Good for you for standing up to your grandpa though. That must have been hard. And I'm sorry to hear about your depression. If you ever need anyone to talk to, you can message me.
