Start with a binder or notebook. Follow the procedures given by your group/cult leader or a Priest/Priestess of your magic division. If you don't have one, use an online cult forum. (vampirefreaks.com has a few popular Wiccan support cults). Spells and rules should always be handwritten, and have protective sheets as not to get blood/candle wax on them. Also, Elven or Klingon tongue is preferable, but unless you're fluent in these languages, English is fine.
