You can get through this Dylan. I don't know how bad last time may have been, but you survived that. You can make it this time too. After all, you already have. Do you have any clue what may have triggered this sudden feeling of depression?

I'm not really sure. I was feeling a bit off the beginning of April and just ignored it, then with my dog passing everything just kind of snapped. I feel like I'm making progress from the last time I went though this though. I haven't resorted to self harm, and when I thought about it, I ended up talking myself out of it.
I'm sure eventually it'll pass and things will be somewhat normal again.
