Hi guys,
I'm Jess from Utah. I found this site just by searching online. I was looking for an online community for the LGBT community.
I'm a straight female but I am definitely an advocate. I have friends and family members who are homosexual and I feel that I have a very open mind. There was a time in my past when I was somewhat homophobic but experiences in my life have definitely changed that.
I don't feel like someone's sexuality should be a big deal. It does't change who that person is because of who they are attracted to. I don't want to be judged because I'm attracted to men and I don't judge others based on the sex of the person they are attracted to.
I think that the discrimination and hatred the LGBT community receives is appalling. I'm working on improving my own knowledge and understanding and the understanding of people in my life to be accepting and not judgmental. I think what most people need are experiences to show them that being gay doesn't mean someone is a bad person or wrong.
I hope being a part of this online community will help me to expand my knowledge, views, and understanding.

Hey welcome to QA hope you like i here and i everyone here is nice so you wont have a hard time fiting in no one judges on who you love so i guess that goes to say even if you are straight lol Anyway I am Claudia from California and I hope to see alot of you in blogs and stuff. Have fun.
