So I am in high school and I am a freshman. A senior expressed interest in me and I liked him back (in the end it didn't work out). There are a lot of attractive juniors and seniors. I find that I am attracted to the older guys. What do you guys think of senior-freshman/sophomore relationships?

I'd love to contradict this(lizzie's big NO), but I say no too. I've had a bad experience with someone two years my senior... I don't know if it can be applied to every senior - freshman/sophomore relationship, but its just a warning based on experience. Be careful with those types of relationships.

I think age is only a number but you have to be careful in any relationship. It can be an older dude or someone your own age can assult you. Just make sure that you guys are on the same page. Somewhat contradiction to Lizzie and Nique!

Well I was very sheltered and the senior boys knew it last year when I was a freshman. So they thought it'd be fun to make me their "freshman challenge" and 5 different upperclassmen boys assaulted me as a bet to each other to see if they could "get some" from me. I'm smarter now and I changed from bi to gay because after them I couldn't picture myself marrying and sleeping with a guy. The thought makes me want to vomit (no offense, guys). I love my gay and bi male friends but after last year I wouldn't sleep with or marry any of them or any straight boys.

Oh it gets much better I promise  after one of them went after me he went after my sister and threatened me so badly that I couldn't tell her what happened between us only that he was a jackass and that she shouldn't date him. She didn't listen to me and ended up losing her virginity to him. She actually found out just like a few days ago what he did to me.

But back to the topic. Maybe the contradiction was right, relationships like this aren't all that wrong or should be discouraged. But you still gotta be careful with them, seeing as the person you are dating is older or even if they're the same age, they could still take advantage of you, as John said. But isn't it... isn't it that sometimes, even if its very rare(I think?) that the younger ones can be the one who take advantage of the situation? I don't know, just a thought.

Well I've also had a guy who's a freshman this year assault me XD so I basically just don't trust the male species but yes they can come from any age but you'll find more of the assaulters the older you get.
