Hi! I'm Laura from the wondrous land called "California." I'm 16, and I just recently reconciled with myself the fact that I'm gay (or bi, I'm still rather confused). I'm incredibly confused and kind of a mess right now because there is a love hexagon thing going on with me, my best friend, and another friend, but I'll post a different topic about that.
Anyway, I'm very new to the LGBT community. I came out to one friend two days ago, and another friend, who I am in love with, yesterday. There is just so much going on right now, so sorry if I ramble.
I really love music. I sing in my school's chamber choir, and I play piano. I've gotten into composing music, but I haven't actually written down anything yet. I also started a bit of flute and guitar, but I haven't gotten too far with either of those. By the way, the band Nightwish is amazing!~
I also really love to read and write, but I haven't been finding the time to recently...
I am in robotics, and it is amazing. Our team is like a family, and staying up until 1:30 in the morning building our robot is just fantastic.
I apologize if I seem unfriendly or distant or anything, I'm just really unnerved right now... but
I really look forward to being a part of this community!

Hi Laura! I'm Sam, I'm 14 and bisexual. MUSIC! Is the best thing ever created. *nod* And I love to write too. As long as it's fiction and not a letter or an essay. But anyway... sounds like you have a love triangle going on. Been there, done that. It was fine once we got through summer. But anyway I hope you love QA as much as the rest of us. Post lots and I hope to see you around. PM me if you have a question or just want a new friend.

Heya Lauren! I'm Dana, just as new as you, and trans. I do agree with you abour music. It is most definitely the bast thing ever created.
*Gasp* Robotics? That is so cool! My school doesnt have a robotics team, but one of our neighboring schools have one of the best in Texas. Overall, I just think it's pretty cool
I hope that you like it here!
