I write poetry. It makes me appreciate the anger, because without it, my writing would suffer. I tink anger can be very constructive if we allow it to be.

I practice martial arts, it's a great releif to kick something as hard as you can. Plus a lot of philosophy stuff to help you too. Emoticon: Smile :)

The only other option I have is to take it out on the person making me angry. And that wouldn't end well.

i did that and sent to dude to the hospital, but then i made this topic and started reading all thw comments and found one that was ummmmm interesting and tryed it and it made me feel so good inside.
