Well I am an avid runner and I do that (minus the puking) or I write down whatever's bothering me into a massive rant, and then light said rant on fire.

Punching cushions and ripping old tights. The tights thing is brilliant lol, really gets it out.
Or if what made me angry happened a while ago and on the surface I've calmed down, composing crap on the piano.

Depends how upset I am, I have gotten better but I used to just self harm and I would just feel a whole lot better afterwards. When home I used outside and play swingball(when I say play, I mean I GO CRAZY). Then I broke the ball in half I was hitting it to hard! :L
Now though I either self harm(I don't suggest that)makes you feel better but you feel so ashamed once you have done it or, bottle it up or, get a pen and repeatedly stab paper with the pen.
If that helps....but seriously don't self harm!!!
What knocks you down in life , can only make you stronger.

Write it down in my diary. Compose some music/write a song about how I feel. Go on a LONG walk in the countryside outside my house. Put music on loud. Then If I gets to it i'll just punch a pillow xD I used to cut but... I found other things to do to get rid of it thankfully

I know it's a terribal way to deal with it, but I bottle it up until I get really upset, then I get release by cutting myself
I'm that cliff-jumper your parents warned you about
I tear my heart open, I sew myself shut. My weakness is that I care too much

I like to develop pictures in the dark room at school when I'm upset. It usually helps me clear my head.

Sometimes I start to eat compulsively, but it doesn't help at all, I only feel more angry.
A great solution is going to the gym. I love the smell, the people, the aching of the muscles, the sweat and everything else.
In summer I go out for long walks.
While in winter I usually self-harm, which is not a great idea, but it works great for me, and after that I don't even feel so ashamed. But really, don't do that. I have horrible scars on my tighs, and on my left wirst. D:

Mrs. Lovett: "What Mr. Todd, what Mr. Todd, what is that sound?"
Mr. Todd: "Those chrunching noises pervading the air!"
Mrs. Lovett: "Yes mr. Todd, yes mr. Todd, yes all around!"
Mr. Todd: "It's man devouring man, my dear, and who are we to deny it in here?

I tend to write songs when I'm angry. Getting lyrics down on paper normally helps me somewhat. Failing that, when I'm not feeling particularly creative, I just switch my mp3 player to a song that mirrors how I'm feeling, turn the volume up and sing along. Music is definitely what works for me.

Play video games while listening to music. Also sometimes I write programs or other things that require most of my concentration.

I just try to get away from people. I'll hide in the closet (hehe that's funny) or I'll take a walk to my backyard and hide in the everlasting piles of tree limbs.
Solitude brings me back to peace.

I agree with Sam. Don't self harm. I used to. I stopped when I realised it wasn't making me feel any better about anything.
Now I write everything down that I'm pissed about, and then tear the paper up. Or I watch TV or something until I'm not angry anymore.

I usually write. It helps clear my mind. Then make a cup of tea and listen to music afterwards.
Tea is awesome.

usually I just take a random piece of paper and just start writing. I write until I just don't feel like writing anymore. i don't always write about what I'm even mad about but it's a good distraction. then I burn it or just throw it in the trash.
then, when I'm really really mad, I'm mad at the world and kinda take my anger out on anything and everything.
also, thanks to Jayne for making me my banner :) <3
