Well you may just have a very good metabolism.. although 75 pounds is a very unhealthy weight. For your height you should weigh like 110-120 pounds. Some people are just naturally lighter. Talk to your doctor, I think that that's your best bet.

i'm not an expert on this but it seems to me that it is a unhealthy body weight but that's just me, then again you are working out so that might be part of it

There's a guy in my class (14), who's 5'1, and about 65lbs. He's just built small proportion-wise. I don't know if that's how you are too..? But I don't know if it's healthy. I'm not a doctor either.

You should talk to your doctor. If you are intentionally starving yourself you could certainly die. However, it's unlikely you would die if you were not intentionally refusing to eat. You may, however, acquire serious and permanent health problems as a result of being persistently malnourished (if you are...I obviously have no way of saying ).
I think rather than freaking out and taking the advice of your friends, you should make an appointment to see a doctor. The doctor will tell you how to gain weight in a healthy way if necessary.

If you are seriously concerned about it, go talk to your doctor. I would keep eating a lot, make sure you eat healthily, but what your friends say and what your doctors say may be completely different things.

Everyone's metabolism is more or less the same.
I'd recommend seeing a doctor. It sounds like you have a tapeworm (though my medical knowledge is House-based), which is easily fixable.

I would talk to your doctor! You could have a very different frame from someone else. Of course, if your ribs are sticking out and you can see your bones (in an unnatural way), then that might be bad. In any case, yes-- doctor!

As long as you're eating healthy, you're probably okay. My brother was your height and weight at that age - he's just naturally small. But if you're concerned about it, it never hurts to talk to a doctor. Don't freak out just because your friends do, though. Different people are just built differently.

If you are doing hours of exercise each day you should be eating food that's high in protein and carbs not just fruit.
You should probably go to the doctor to just to make sure everything is okay.

Eh, it could easily be that you're just skinny. My brother is 15, about 5'5" and only weighs about 90lbs or so. He's always been really skinny, and I was really skinny like that when I was younger to. (Of course, by the time I was 13 I was probably about 5'6" and therefore weighed more, but still I wasn't very heavy).

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by eating a lot. What might be a lot to one person isn't to another person. Since you live a very active lifestyle you need to eat more calories than you burn in order to gain weight.
The best way to find out what your body requires per day is to talk to your doctor, as others have mentioned. Or possibly get a referral to see a nutritionist.
If that doesn't help you, then you may need to have lab work done to determine what could be going on.
I'm not a professional though, so the first step is to talk to your health care provider.
I hope everything checks out fine and that you get to a healthy weight.

I'm going to go against what most people have said here, but whatever, I'm just being honest.
When I was your age, I probably weighed about that. I remember for years I weighed 4 stone (56 pounds), up until I was about 12 at least. I tried everything to put on weight because I hated being so small, but no matter what I tried it didn't work. Then all of a sudden, I'm guessing when I hit puberty (yaaay xD), I started putting on weight until I hit 7 stone (98 pounds) which is what I still weigh now - I'm 17.
However, I was not, and am still probably not, 5ft 3. When I was 13 I was probably around 5ft as a maximum (more likely 4ft something). As long as you are eating healthily, then I'm sure your fine. However, if you find yourself obsessively exercising or stopping yourself from eating/making yourself be sick, then you should go to a doctor. Even if you're not doing either of those things then you could still go to a doctor's, just to make sure everything is okay - they won't mind.

Okay... 15 pounds in 7 days? Your weight may not be extremely unhealthy, but that much weight loss is. Considering it is over 10% of your weight? Yeahhh, you should probably see a Doctor.
