I feel for you on the mixed signals thing!
I have two friends like this!
And the 'realising your "friends" are homophobes' thing, again I'm in the same boat. You know what? I'd go on my own and make friends there. BUT I'm good at that. If you aren't a very forward person, take a friend! Hope you have LOADS of FUN! Wave a flag for me! Emoticon: Rainbow Pride (p) xx
Let the world know you as you are, not as you think you should be, because sooner or later, if you are posing, you will forget the pose, and then where are you?

Hey Rose, thanks for the advice and sorry I didn't reply sooner life has been hectic. I ended hanging out with the 'straight' girl and just talking to as many random people as I could find. Someone had said to me "nobody is ever alone at pride" but I didn't get what they meant until I was there. I've managed to sort out my problems and if you ever need an ear to pour yours into feel free to PM. Emoticon: Grin :D hugs
