I'm just curious about everyone's musical tastes. I would have to say I really like a lot of music with a beat to it like Kylie Minogue and Madonna Emoticon: Tongue :p. What is everyone else into?

Favorite, that's a difficult one. Some of my favorites include Bright Eyes, AFI, Depeche Mode, Bloc Party, Arcade Fire. There's so much more wonderful stuff though. A difficult question on all accounts.
By the time you finish reading this sentence, I'll be one step closer.

^^ Do we? Why is that?

*sigh*

It's really irritating when people have this 'holier-than-thou' attitude to music, and that they are somehow 'better' than everyone else because they make a huge effort to avoid the mainstream...

...The kind of person who spends every waking minute bitching and moaning that their favourite unsigned band aren't popular, and then bitch and moan when the band do actually make it, accusing them of been sell-outs for achieving what 99% of bands strive for, which is for as many people as possible to hear and like their music.
