Every little girl dreams about her wedding day. Convention tells us that it's our destiny to walk down the aisle looking like a princess. But for us of the girl-fancying persuasion, the question of attire is a little more complicated. Not only do we have to choose which dress we want, we have to choose whether we want to wear a dress at all!
How about you? Assuming you want to get married, do you want to wear a dress or a tux at your wedding? What about your wife? And why?

I want to wear a dress. Even though I want to be the protective one in the relationship, I love feeling cute and femme. I want a dress with a floofy skirt and tulle and roses and ahhhh yay.
I also want my girl in a dress, please. I can dig a girl in a tux, but on our wedding day I'd prefer if she was in a dress.

I HATE DRESSES AND I HATE TUXES.
IF POSSIBLE.
I want us just to be in like.. not CASUAL clothes, but something way better than a dress or tux.
But I'd rather wear a dress if I had to XD Same for my lady~

Not a tux for me.
Dress. For sure. I have no idea what I want it to look like. I mean, I have some I think are pretty, but I don't have to worry about it yet.

Hmm, at my wedding I think I'll wear a dress mainly because I would look ridiculously silly in a tux. I would say that I'd wear a pantsuit but that seems too informal. It doesn't matter if my wife wears a dress or a tux (tux preferrably haha) because it's her choice.

Hmmm, I don't know. What about jeans and a Harry Potter shirt? Well, I'd wear a tux.

I honestly don't know. I mean, when I was little I never dreamed of my wedding day or my dress or anything of the sort. Not that I hate weddings or anything, it just never crossed my mind.
I guess I'd want to have a dress, but in a shorter knee-length version. I like dresses but when I wear a long dress I feel like pulling someones eyelashes out. :/
And she can wear whatever the hell she wants! I'm not really much for role-playing but if she wants to wear a tux, more power to her!

Dress and dress, for sure
I know I will most definitely be wearing a dress on my wedding day. I've always pictured myself wearing a simple but pretty wedding dress. I have never and don't plan on ever wanting to wear a tux. But I guess things are subject to change!
And I've always pictured my betrothed in a dress as well. I mean, I guess I won't rule out a tux for whomever I end up marrying? Buuuuut I'm really pulling for my girl to be in a beautiful and magnificent and stunning and HOT dress. Mhm.

You know honestly, I feel like I'd be a lot happier and more comfortable in a tux for sure. I remember telling my mom when I was oh... probably in fifth or sixth grade that I wanted to wear a tux to prom instead of a dress and she went into a huge rant about what people would say and think and blah blah.
I think it really depends on who I end up marrying. If I marry a guy, I might decide to go with the whole dress traditional whatnot, and if I marry a girl, I might decide to tux it up. It all depends. It would also be cool to wear a tux and have my husband wear a dress-- actually, that may possibly be my ideal wedding right there.

Well I would probably end up wearing a dress even though it so tempting to stir the rellatives with a tux. But yeah I would prefer a dress and I dont mind what my gf wants.

Well, I'm definitely going in a tux! My girl can wear whatever she wants, although girls in tuxes make me drool. But it's really whatever makes her comfortable.
I've been thinking about hell, and it's got to be a much nicer place than heaven... all the gay men are down there. You KNOW it's well decorated.
If being gay is a disease, lets all call in queer to work. "Sorry, cannot come to work today, still queer".

if i marry a girl i'd hope that we wear something similar. i'd hate to be in a dress while she wears a tux, because i loathe the notion so many people have that in same-sex relationships someone is the 'guy' and someone is the 'girl' in them; i think being married dressed in traditionally gendered clothing would only further that. i'm attracted to girls as girly as me though.
The problem would be co-ordinating dresses. You'd want to fit without matching and without wearing the same thing. i'd probably suggest that we both forget the veil and maybe just wear little fascinators or hats with netting or flowers/combs in our hair depending on the dresses we wear.

You know, I never once thought about my wedding when I was a kid. I was dead set against marriage until not so long ago, actually.
Thinking about it now, though, I'd definitely go with a tux. Not because I see myself as 'the guy' in any future relationships, but because I have never felt comfortable in a dress even when I was too young to pick my own clothes.
And the future wife? Whatever she feels comfortable wearing, though if I'm being honest I'd kind of like her to be in a dress. Not too sure why, really.
