Well it looked real enough, and personally it is blinkin halarious. It also means we have to sit back and know how lucky we are to live in the free and easy times we live in, for all our fighting for gay marriage (which I am more than fully for), this is the kind of attitude that homosexuals used to have to face.

Yeah, that ad seems totally real to me. Especially in light of the fact that it was that 50's and there was all that ridiculous hype about nuclear families. And there are still people like that, but luckily they're few and far between. This one woman who lives across the street from me was always way more concerned with her son going out along than either of her daughters because she was convinced the gay guys in the park were going to rape him or something. (rolls eyes). The idea that girls getting raped is mre likely didn't seem to have occured to her.
