Well, it was during this trip to France that I went on with my French class in Summer '08, and it was in one of the last towns that we visited. We were all just chilling in the castle in Amboise, waiting for the rest of our classmates to regroup, obviously bored with seeing different castles and cathedrals over and over again, and I look out into the town which was across this tiny river next to the castle walls and see this little club or pub called "Le Shaker", and I took a picture of it. Little did I know back then, it would become my user name for practically everything because I had gotten sick of the user name I had chosen back in 7th grade. So yeah. Pretty much, LeShaker's namesake is a tiny club in a little French town called Amboise

I have magnet words (like the poem magnets that people have on their fridges and use to say naughty things XD) right next to my computer.
I looked over when I was trying to think of one and "desire" and "blue" were the two words right next to each other, and it was eerily related, so I just went with it!

And I like the sound of Abstract Youth as well.
Mine is from the myth of Daedalus and Icarus. Daedalus and Icarus were in prison so that Daedalus's knowledge wouldn't spread and they escaped by making wings out of wax and feathers. Icarus then flew too high up and the sun melted his wings and he drowned. I chose the name because I spend my life trying to escape from the imprisonment of society and I'm sure there must be somewhere or other too close to the sun, but I'm pretty sure I'll keep my wings.

I'm quite the geek when it comes to comic books, and Shatterstar is one of my favourite superheroes from X-Factor (and off-shoot from the X-Men books).
He's also bi, and his boyfriend is also on the team.
Not that that influenced me in anyway xD
