hey, this is all out of curiousity of course, but i was wondering if you guys could share how you realized you were Lesbian, Gay, Bi, etc.
for me, im actually not quite sure. A gal im good friends with is also bi but at the time she told me, i was straight, and didnt have anything against it.
after a while we would just play around even in public like holding hands carrying bridle style, poking just to dork around
then it started getting to me and was thinking (i wonder what it would be like to kiss her)
thought about it a lot actually, and other gals came into the picture. my mind would wander a bit more, until finally i told myself i am now bi, and im going to be happy as one.

I became a volleyball player.
I became a county fair fry cook.
I became a college student.
I figured out that something was up and I was different sexually and had been always.
It was kind of a different experience if y'know what I'm sayin'.

"decided" ?
Right...
How I realized I was gay was I just started day dreaming about cute chicks, and not just that, it was those popular cute chicks who talked about how they kissed girls on a dare. Yep yep!
Then I kissed a girl in 8th grade.
Then I dated a girl.
Thats how I knew. I've just always had that attraction there, I feel something for them, that I dont feel for men. And, yup.

Hmmmm interesting topic. Wish I could say there was a particular reason why I ended up gay but I can't think of any. How Odd. I think thats how most poeple start questioning it rather they remember the person or not. That sure got me thinking though...

Well, I was ALWAYS gay, but I first started liking guys whenever my sister would have her male friends over and I was always more playful with them and wanted to be around them.
Then, as I got older I would always get a funny feeling when I saw guys shirtless on the beach or on T.V. or something, haha! I was obsessed with those like fitness commercials with all the muscular guys.
I'm so happy that I'm gay, no offense to any girls, but I don't want to deal with the menstration! LMAO, I mean I feel sorry for all the straight guys out there. I love guys because of their masculinity and how you can get down and dirty and rough without hurting them. Of course there are girls like that too, but testosterone is my thing

^ Argh, gay guys should really learn to get over the period thing, because they are much more likely to hear about it than most straight guys lol.
As for me, well, I don't think there was a set 'thing' that made me like the same gender. I guess it just kinda, like, happened. O.o

well around the same time that i started thinking about/questioning/"realizing" things, my best friend came out to me and told me that she's bi and that also kind of sparked something in me and i fell for her pretty hard. nothing has ever come of that but some flirting and heartache, but still. lol

Lmfao, my family is dominated with women. I practically know their menstral cycles because of the attitude change, and don't get me started on menopause!
I'll take guys ANY DAY over girls hahaha romantically that is, girls are fun and all for friends

I like the same gender because I am genetically engineered to do so. I've always been lesbian, but I didn't realize it until puberty and I realized that other girls wanted to have sex with boys...and I didn't, and that I really wanted to kiss this one girl I used to know. lol
I'm defying gravity, and you can't pull me down.

i dont rly know what started it. it couldve been that kiss i shared with one of my best friends at the time. it couldve been everytime i saw a hot girl half naked on the beach or at the pool. i think it kinda just happened. not rly sure how. and then i was sure i liked girls when my best friend came out to me. i had been crushing on her already but didnt rly realize til she said she liked girls too
It seems most people in this world only want the material things. But me, I'll take love and friendship. I guess that's why my cat told me she's my soulmate... :D

I realized that men are frickin' gorgeous and that I had pretty much zero sexual attraction to girls...

i remember in seventh and eighth grade, when there was this span of a lot of months where all of these couples in school just happened. all of the girls and guys paired off, and then there was me.
all of my friends started dating and hooking up with the guys, but i never did, and never thought anything of it. i guess there was just never any attraction at all.
back then, being gay never crossed my mind. then it started to become an "option," so to speak.
so i guess that's how i figured it out. by process of elimination

haha well how i figured out i was bi...
i was hanging out with like 5 different girls and two of them were bisexual, well we all decided to experiment i guess for the hell of it and we kissed eachother, the one girl i kissed was my best friend at the time and it was then that i was like oh wow i like her, a lott. and we started dating later that night (: it wasn't a long relationship tho cuz we were better as friends but yeah that's what happened
