Blog Entry: Hospital Stay

Hospital Stay So I just got back from a weekend in the hospital! Well actually I got back earlier today but whatever. I had a pretty good sized kidney stone that had done a good job blocking off a lot of my kidney so along with pain I was down some function for a while.
But I'm back up and function!
With all the blood I had to have taken though I'm still upset my mother didn't bring my paperwork to do my hormone bloodtests as well! Grrr but oh well. Soon enough I'll do that as well.

I'm a little confused about people after this though.
It seems like all anyone wants to respond with(like via FB) is that they know it sucks and then a story about themselves. Gee, couldn't someone say "feel better" or something along those lines? Sorry, I don't need a flood of messages from people pretty much saying they don't care. And it's all younger people, older people are all responding with polite, not selfish things. Ugh.
I had someone text me while I was in the hospital, told them I was in the hospital and they started going on about how someone in their family was just there. Um, usually when someone is actively in the hospital they aren't in a place to care about your family. Which then turned into their dating life and lack there of. Again, didn't care, couldn't focus, was in far too much pain at the time.
Or of course I have the "best friends" who don't care, don't respond, ect.

I'm quickly getting rather sick of friends who are only there for you when you're good for them and fuck you if you need them. It's long past old at this point.

But because of all the friend drama I've decided not to tell anyone that during my pelvic exam they found evidence of what could be HPV, which could cause cancer. So I have to go get that freshly evaluated as well. So lets top it all off with a little more fear and no one to talk to!

Really wonder where all these people who claim to be close friends are...
