Blog Entry: Quite an eventful day.

Quite an eventful day. Today was.....interesting?

So it started off fairly normal. I had lunch, dealt with grumpy parents, etc. Very average. I had to go to a friend's birthday party at around 3:30. I'll be honest; wasn't looking forward to it, because my friend invited his very homophobic "bro" to his party as well. So my father drove me to the party. We were about halfway there when somebody swerved into our lane and completely totaled the front of my father's car. The both of us were unhurt. Of course, that didn't stop my dad from swearing up a storm and flying into a rage. It didn't help that the vehicle that crashed into us decided to limp off to science-knows-where. Despite this, several of the witnesses at the gas station were quite courteous to us. This homeless guy even offered to track that car down.

To make a long story short, my mother drove me to the party in her car. And surprisingly, said party was actually....enjoyable. The homophobe was even nice to me!

I must say, it was a good day.
