I'm a Little Lost Today, there's this guy that I asked out and he was ecstatic about it. He adores me and just wants me to be happy with a smile. I mean the world to him... by what about my cousin. What about what happened and what may happen between us...? I'm suppose to be going to his house tomorrow and there was all that flirting and teasing from him to me at the picnic a few days ago... I'm a little lost. I want them both. Well, that obviously can't happen! I don't know what to do. I'm fragile. I don't even like saying no to people. How am I suppose to break one off...?

I'm TOTALLY okay with you dating your cousin. BUT. If you have the change to date somebody else, I would highly suggest you take it. Going out with your cousin might have some negative whiplash for both of you. If you want to date him, fine. Go for it. But try to think of the consequences for you, him, and the effect it will have on your family.
Dating this other boy, who sounds like a total sweetheart and I'm jealous, might be a smarter choice. But I'm not you, and I can't make a descisiom for you. Just make sure to think it through, kay?

Thank you RyRy. You have been a phenomenal friend since I've been on here. Anyone is lucky to be friends with you.

I'm confused, are you interested in your blood cousin?

I agree with RyRy. While you should obviously do whatever makes you happy, an opportunity to date someone else is definitely something to consider. I'd suggest seeing how the date with this guy goes before you make any decisions. After all, you aren't officially in a relationship with your cousin, right? So one date with someone else isn't any big thing. And if you decide you want to date this other guy, it would probably be a lot less complicated than dating your cousin, you know?

As for how to end things with one of them...I have no advice. I suck at saying no, too. >.>'

Dating your cousin is incest. I'd probably go with the not completely disgusting option.
Fuck This.
