Blog Entry: i has a GSA nao

i has a GSA nao I can't believe I forgot to mention this earlier. xD
Pretty much ass this/last? schoolyear I've been trying to get a GSA started. Then within the last 3 months of school... it. Happened.

I had the GSA approved at the begining of the school year, but had a VERY hard time finding a supervisor. Either people couldn't do it or they said yes, then couldn't do it for some reason later on. This went on for about a month before I ragequit for about half the year. I probably could have got one sooner if I asked male teachers.... But I didn't. I wanted a female supervisor. I don't know why, but it was female or nothing. Maybe it'sbecause I feel like women are more understanding and nice.

THEN I found out you could have counselors as a supervisor, not just teachers. So I went and asked my counseler. I'm not going to say her name cuz I only call her Mrs. [insert last name] and I know we're not allowed to use last names. Does that apply for titles like teachers and such? Anywhoodles, she said she would love to do it. She even went and printed off a bunch of literature for me to read about starting a GSA. Then she got another supervisor as well. A librarian from one of the elemantary schools. I loved this librarian, she didn't work at my old school,but my old boyscout meetings were held in her library. SO YEAH I LOVE THAT WOMAN. I LOVE THEM BOTH.

We all agreed that until we got the GSA up and running it should only meet once a month. Sowe had three meetings before school ended. And let me tell you, we had a BALL. It was so much fun!! It was actually only me and my friends and a few of their friends, but we've only just started out so..... yeah.

BUT OMG GUISE. GUISE OMG. OMG GUISE...... GUISE. It was amazing and I recomend everybody have a GSA.
