Bullying is wrong. It's just wrong. No one deserves to be bullied, nor does anyone have the right to bully someone else. It's just not right. I remember back in my freshman year, word got out that I was dating this girl. [I was still closeted at the time].
Even though my sexuality wasn't necessarily confirmed yet, people would call me all those names that we know. I remember yelling at them once to shut the hell up, and one of them had the nerve to say they didn't have to. That it was "freedom of speech." Saying that to me was like saying "We have a right to bully you." Took it up with the office. No dice. Schools don't do ANYTHING.
People's rights are only rights until they interfere with another person's rights. All those homophobes out there are interfering with our right to our beliefs. It still shocks me how little the schools do about it.

And yeah I agree with you Irene, my elementary school was much worse than my high school. Schools won't do anything cause all they care about is money. Not about us at all.

all my public school did was put the class through lecture/lesson after lecture/lesson about bullying. and they were like 'Bullying is real kids!' but half of them just went 'Meh' and continued doing it to me like it was not bullying.
and the teachers couldn't care less. it saddens me that they don't support kids.
I duno LOL.
but seriously, you're taking me seriously? -'w'-

Bullies are insecure.
Keep in mind there is something that those girls are insecure about regarding themselves and until they figure out why they lack confidence in themselves they are never going to get anywhere with their bullying habits.
The best advice I have for you is to be confident with yourself. If they mock you again just ignore them or say, "I know that I walk funny. I fractured my foot after all. What do you expect?" and shrug it off.
You can't change the behavior of bullies, however you have the power to choose how you handle it.

Yeah bullies suck. I've been quite lucky - I made friends with mine, but she told me the only reason she was horrible to me was because she was 'intimitdated by my geekiness' as she put it, so it just goes to prove that bullies are always the weaker party.
On the other side, I feel for you with the foot thing. I spent six months on crutches... then got off them for 4 then went on a training camp and now I'm back on the evil things :'(
