Blog Entry: Cutting

Cutting Tomorrow, February 11, is my nine months of not self harming I'm so pumped about it. These last few months have been difficult because I stopped right before I got into a relationship and when that ended I didn't really feel awesome, but I was able to make it through. It's been really, really tough what with seeing her, my ex, get into a new relationship, not sleeping very well and having small crushes that proved fruitless in the end. I believe that I can make it to a year, which is sadly on my best friend's birthday. (She doesn't hate me for this, thank God).
I want people who are struggling with this as well that it is possible to get through this. There's always hope in the darkest of times. There's always someone who loves you and wants you to be healthy and alive. I'm one of them. If you, yes you reading this, EVER need someone to talk to I'm just a PM away. I know what it's like to be alone and feeling like there's nothing that you can grasp and no one you can talk to, and I don't want anyone to feel that way.
The cutting isn't worth it. You will feel worse and guilty afterwards and you don't need that. You need to be happy. You can do it. I believe in you and love you. <3
